OUR PROJECTS

Social Prescribed Choirs
For adults referred through social prescribing, these choirs are a safe, welcoming space to reconnect. No auditions, just friendly faces, uplifting songs, and a guaranteed weekly mood boost.

Intergenerational Arts Days
Music, crafts, storytelling, and plenty of tea and cake bring young people and older adults together. Laughter flows, friendships form, and stereotypes melt away.

Care Home Sing-Alongs
A room full of tapping toes and smiling faces. We bring live music to care homes, adapting songs for all abilities so everyone can join in — from heartfelt ballads to cheeky singalongs.

Youth Music Creation
Young people work one-to-one with mentors to write, record, and perform songs about what matters to them, from identity to friendship. They leave with a high-quality recording and a boost in confidence.

The Jolly Panto Project
A glittery, good-humoured mix of live performance and filmed storytelling, created by arts students alongside care home residents and children. Think local legends, laughter, and plenty of sparkle.
The Jolly Project has been involved in various initiatives to bring joy and creativity to our community. From organising interactive art workshops to hosting community singing events, we are committed to fostering connections and spreading kindness. Our projects are designed to combat loneliness and enhance the wellbeing of individuals of all ages, creating joyful spaces and moments for everyone to cherish.
